With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.*


Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by: We stand by the quality of each and every one of our products.


We will make it right by either

1. Sending you replacement parts or accessories

2. Replacing the product

3. Issue a full refund** We’ll also cover any return shipping cost.

If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.


How to Return an Item

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.


Please email with the description of the fault with some photos and or a reason for the return request.


We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.


  • Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item that didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.
  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return results from our error or defective product.
  • Please ship the product as soon as possible so it gets to our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
